Captain Bill Burleson operates charters on his customized, 46-foot (14m) sport-fisherman, the Karolette, which is electronically equipped for successful sport fishing. Burleson prefers to take fishing groups to Grappler Banks, 18 nautical miles away, which lie in the migratory paths of wahoo, tuna, and marlin. A maximum of six people are taken out. Capt. Burleson has been fishing the local Puerto Rico waters since 1964!

Snorkeling Excursions

Captain Bill Burleson offers the finest of Snorkeling trips to Vieques Island and other locations. About an hours cruise from the Marina de Palmas. Its very low key - you can swim - comb the beach - gather shells - snorkel over the reefs, stare back a the the tropical fish - laze on the deck - chat with (or ignore) the crew or other passengers and imbibe in some cold ones. Also of you wish we can fish all the way back to Palmas del Mar.

Snorkeling excursoins start at $640.00 for Private Charter of 6 persons or less. Use of Equipment and Beverages included in price. Pressurized fresh water wash down for rinsing away the salt from the sea.
